All of our cakes, fillings, and frostings are skillfully made from scratch using select organic ingredients, no shortening, no artificial dyes, unbleached and unbromated flour, aluminum free leaveners, and non-GMO ingredients. You can taste the difference.
All cake flavors can be made gluten free.
Dairy free and vegan options are available :
Almost all cake flavors can be made dairy free, except for praline and caramel buttercreams - so no Banana Caramel, Italian Cream, German Chocolate, Tiramisu or Samoa. If cream or cream cheese buttercream are noted as fillings in a cake flavor, we will substitute dairy free buttercream.
Any of the Classic cake flavors can be made Vegan, as well as Voo Doo Love flavor, substituting dairy free buttercream for cream or cream cheese buttercream fillings where listed.
